“Garden Party” attire is semi-formal and making sure your clothing has light, breathable fabric. For example, a light linen suit jacket for the gentlemen or wearing a floral/pastel dress for the ladies. No jeans or cargo shorts please!

Unfortunately, Northern Michigan is very busy during the summer, limiting hotel availability. Our recommendation is to try to book a hotel or airbnb in the area as soon as you can.

There is only street parking available at the venue and it’s in a private neighborhood.

We highly recommend exploring the downtown area of Petoskey for its scenic views and small town charm. There are also several micro-breweries that you can visit! Our recommendation is going to The Back Lot Beer Garden where several food trucks are featured.

The ceremony is uncovered while the reception is covered at the venue. If rain does occur closer to the ceremony time, the ceremony will take place at Cross-Christ Lutheran Church 1400 E Mitchell Rd, Petoskey, MI, 49770. Reception will still take place at same venue location stated on invitation.
